    The entire process went smoothly. The installers were on time, professional and did a phenomenal job cleaning up afterwards. We needed one slight adjustment to one of the windows and they responded quickly to resolve it. We're very happy with our new windows.

    I would like to start with Mario the man that installed my windows was a true craftsman and a perfectionist an asset to whomever he works for, As for the service yes when the salesman comes out they don' want you to say "I'll get in touch with you when I decide what I'm going to do" they want you to sign a contract right away and give a 50% deposit. I can live with that because you can just say "NO". The part that really annoyed me was when I ordered the windows in late October/ early November I told the salesman that I didn't want to install the 4 windows until late April/early May because of the weather and the fact I was going to be away until the end of April. Low and behold I get a phone call from Barbara saying that my windows are in, and I need to install them before March 31st. I Informed her I wasn't home but in Virginia, her comment well your contract expires on March 31st. When I informed her that the salesman said April/ May time frame was ok her response was "I wouldn't know anything about that as I wasn't there. So, I had to come home early to have the windows installed. I have since been inundated with junk mail from AWS I finally answered a request from the owner Mark Lavoie to contact him if I had any issues, which I did and I was told by the person who answered the phone that he didn't deal with these issues. Hence the last 16 windows in my house won't be AWS !!! Oh by the way the bag of cookies that AWS sent me had expired 2 days before I received them

    I contacted this company for a window estimate. They responded quickly and I setup an appointment. Team member came out for measurements and to review what we needed done. Arrived late and spent an hour going over materials. It was getting late and I had to get my kids ready for bed, so we ended the meeting and agreed he would send an estimate. Its been over a week and I have received nothing. I reached out to follow up, no acknowledgment. Very annoying to waste so much time and have someone come through your entire house for no reason. Waste of time.

    Recently, I had the pleasure of having Jordan and Chris install my new shower and it is beautiful! They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and cleaned up beautifully when they left. I would definitely have AWS do my next project.
