        Fantastic service! They were responsive, professional, organized, upfront with recycling costs, punctual and took COVID precautions. We had planned on renting a dumpster as we had years ago but really didn't want to do the heavy lifting and have a dumpster in our driveway for weeks. Extremely happy we chose J.C. Property do it all for us. Within a couple hours our garage was cleared of multiple appliances, a lot of bulky furniture and just plain junk. They were everything you want to receive in a small business. Highly recommend.
