Spicer Hearth and Home (The Propane Store)

I purchased my propane tank from Spicer they came out an installed the new tank. They where wonderful to deal with and very informative. Answering all my questions a pleasure to work With and have already recommended them to others.

Seems no one that I dealt with today knew the limitations of their job. They wont service or run a line to my outdoor chiminea. Was called back by Stephanie and told they wont service what you havent purchased from them only after a 15 min conversation about scheduling and pricing. Was emailed by Bruce that they wont run a line to a chiminea after a 8:30am appointment for an estimate, when he was aware when booked it was a chiminea I wanted to hook up.

I wish there were more stars as I do like to support local companies. This purchase has been a disaster from start to finish. Cherry on top is receiving first bill one year after date of service - and within a week of receiving the bill - received a Past Due Letter. Really?!? Oh AND a late fee charge (which to give their due -was eventually written off) Ya' think........

What kind of CDL driver doesnt know how to drive in a rotary in their own businesses town center? Its been there for 5 years or more now, and one of their delivery drivers nearly clipped our vehicle, entering the rotary without yielding to the many cars inside. This type of careless mistake shouldn't be taken lightly, especially when its a PROPANE truck. Even the women have figured this thing out by now, whats your excuse?
