        Steve is amazing. The system we purchased from Professional Water Systems suddenly stopped working and we made a service call to them. The tech said the timer was broken and couldn't be replaced for "legal reasons" and a new system would be $2500+. Afterwards we called Steve at GW and he spent an hour on the phone - no charge - the outcome of which was that he did the proper troubleshooting and discovered that the plug was loosened by mistake when we moved some boxes for storages. Steve helped us reset the timer and got the system going again. Amazing person! Great company!

        Great company using great products. We had really hard water, and our glasses were always stained. We had a system put in and now we have soft water and no more glass stains! I highly recommend this company, they are family owned and operated.
