It has been a great pleasure to work with David! He is extremely knowledgeable and gets things accomplished! Through trusting our own instincts and being flexible with the current market, listening and following David's guidance led us to finding and buying a property all within 45 days! David has many connections for all areas of home related projects and treats all these connections like family. Our home inspection was a breeze because of the caring relationship he has formed with his connections. I cannot say enough about David Lemel and Team Powerhouse. There is really no reason not to have them sell or purchase your home. There are three words to captivate them: Loyalty, commitment, and professionalism that goes above and beyond all the rest. They make you feel like family. So really the choice is obvious. My wife and I came back to David Lemel and Team Powerhouse years after we worked with them to purchase a home. David is not your typical realtor and clearly took very good care of my wife and I through the process of purchasing our first home. He made the process painless and made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately we did not wind up buying because we realized we were not ready to purchase at that point in our lives. For years my wife and I had talked about how bad we felt that David did not get a commission and he worked so hard for us hustling and grinding to look for the right home that fit our budget and our needs. We wanted to do something for David. Years later my mother had passed sadly but we knew who to call to help us. David Lemel and Team Powerhouse helped us sell my moms house. When I did my first walk through with David my moms house was dated and stuck between the 60s and 90s. David helped me make a punch list of items to complete to bring my moms house into 2023. We did some work ourselves but Coldwell Banker and Team Powerhouse helped us complete the majority of the punch list through a program that they offer called Revitalize. The program allows the seller to borrow against a percentage of the value of the home in order to make improvements to get the home ready for sale. The loan is paid back through the sale of the home. Super Easy! Above the Revitalize program Team Powerhouse uses social media, takes lots of photos and a video narrated by David and Team Powerhouse to talk about the highlights of your home. This approach sells the house aggressively reaching more audiences who would otherwise be unaware of the house. David and Team Powerhouse sold my moms house in dead market when things were slow and interest rates were spiking. The house was put on the market at the beginning of December and sold it in two days with 17 showings!!!! Thank you David and Team Powerhouse!
