        I have no problem with the quality of the work this company does. My issue is with communication and respect of a customer. I signed a contract for my garage floor to be painted with epoxy in March 2019. I have waited for the work to be completed ever since. I have had multiple promises of work to be done, then on the appointed day no one shows up or calls to explain. I have asked for notice so I can make arrangements for my disabled husband to be out as he will get anxious with noise or disruption. No consideration was made for this at all. Lots of excuses why the work was not done, this project should not have caused so much stress and anxiety to me. The finished floor has been finally completed but is nothing like I was lead to believe or that I chose from samples. The work that was done was not the problem, they did a good job. I resent the disrespect and callous disregard for any request I made to complete this in a timely manner. I would never employ this company again.
