They listened to our needs and presented great options & helped us zero in on the perfect fireplace. It is beautiful and keeps our family room at the perfect temperature. We couldn't be happier.

        The folks at Valley Fireplace & Stove are a pleasure to work with. Theyve been servicing our pellet stove for several years now and are responsive, professional, and are always able to help us find a solution if our stove starts acting up. Highly recommend!

        Never again. Despite calling twice with concerns about my gas insert I was assured sooting was normal and problems with lighting only meant I needed batteries. Until the unit no longer functioned and is not repairable. I would not recommend & definitely avoid RealFyre brand. Warranty is worthless.
