The technician, Paul, showed up at our house right on time and quickly diagnosed the problems that were causing water to pool in our basement during rain storms. He explained the issues clearly and made sure I understood the best methods to resolve them, allowing me to take detailed notes. Furthermore, he was very honest in that not all of the problems could be fixed by American Dry as one of the primary issues could only be fixed by a mason/landscaper. I would highly recommend a visit from American Dry if you are seeing water/flooding in your basement as we would never have diagnosed this issue on our own and assumed it was an indoor, foundational problem rather than an outdoor problem with our drain pipes and retaining wall.

For the past decade my basement has been getting flooded mostly on heavy rainfalls. The past couple of years even small storms have caused a wet basement. I researched a number of companies and I felt that American Dry Basement Systems had the best approach so I had them give me a quote. Tina was very helpful in setting up an appointment and Paul Silva assessed my basement issue. Paul explained the entire process even though ADBS has many videos that show what they do to fix a wet basement. The crew did the work in two eight hour days to complete the project. Our basement flooded for the first time ever (built the house 26 years ago). We had 4 inches of water covering the entire floor and had half a dozen companies give us their thoughts on fixing it. American Dry made the most sense with their professional recommendations and we know we made the right choice as our basement is completely dry now. The work was scheduled within a couple weeks and once they started, it was done in three days with their entire mess cleaned up. I have had multiple evaluations to address the water issue in my basement, and by far, Paul Silva from American Dry Basement Systems was the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward. He spent significant time and went well beyond the expected to investigate the problem and determine the underlying issue. The other companies seemed more interested in selling a cookie cutter, one size fits all system. Paul's approach was completely different. It is clear that Paul and American Dry Basement Systems take pride in their work and strive to thoroughly analyze the problem and find the best solutions for their customers.
