        I would, and have, recommended Dori to anyone I know whose child is struggling with speech or feeding needs. Dori is a detail-oriented, dedicated, knowledgeable speech pathologist with years of experience. She takes the time to get to know all of her patients and is very thorough in explaining to parents how they can help their child at home.         My son has been seeing Dori at Brookfield Speech and Language since he was 3. He had seen multiple SLPs before we found Dori. The previous SLPs were not able to pick up that my son had severe Apraxia. Dori knew right away what he had and we started therapy immediately. He was making sounds within the first few sessions. Without her expertise he may not have ever been able to speak. We are blessed to have found her!!!

        My child saw Dori for a few years to help with his speech and language. Dori is amazing! She was so helpful in finding the right approach with my son. Dori always gave such helpful advice after each speech and language session. She really takes her time with each child to properly diagnose. I would highly recommend Doris services!

        I highly recommend Dori for speech and language therapy services. My son had several speech articulation problems and Dori's evaluation, intervention techniques, and treatment helped my son correct his speech problems. My son also really enjoyed the sessions and Dori kept the treatment fun and engaging. She is professional, kind, great with young children (my son started at 3.5), and always gave great feedback and exercises for us to practice throughout the week. She is an absolute expert!

      Brookfield Speech and Language, LLC is an established speech-language pathology practice servicing Fairfield, Litchfield, Putnam, and Westchester counties. A full service practice, we are able to meet the needs of all ages. We specialize in treating motor sound disorders using an oral-motor approach that targets the subsystems of speech production (i.e. Respiration, Resonation, Phonation, Articulation, and Prosody) as well as techniques to facilitate motor planning and organization. In addition, Dori specializes in dysphagia (feeding disorders) diagnosis and treatment.
