Called and had high hopes with their quick response. Shortly after, hopes were dashed when I failed to receive responses about pet care and they completely dropped the ball communication wise. No reason, no reply to a few messages. Not good communication. Made me wonder what the communication would be like if my pet was being cared by them. Things happen, but at least respond with something and dont lead a person on if you are incapable of providing services, especially when many companies arent accepting new clients.

Your 4 Legged Pet Service is my go-to when Im traveling. They do such a good job with my cat, are very responsive, and normally send a visit photo. I appreciate their services!

I had arranged for pet-sitting services the weekend of the hurricane that had largely shut down transit in the area. Jessica (owner) is easily reached by text, and she was able to have the sitters come see after my cat before the storm and even after it on the same day. I was so happy that my boy was safe and cared for.

Im new to 4 Legged and I love it!! Jessica, Sara and their associates are fantastic! Harry and Brigid greet them enthusiastically quite a task, but they persevere and do it lovingly! The dogs love them! I really like the daily notes and photos!! Highly recommend!!
