Very poor service! I had to bring in my daughter we waiting 30 minutes to check in and took forever for someone to come in to do a swap test! There was no other people here

This place misdiagnosed my father a few days ago, and sent him home with cough medicine when he had an onset of pneumonia. I know this, because he just came home from the Bristol hospital and he now looks a little better and his temperature is down. This walk in pro health also knows this, because it is recorded. My father now has to wear hearing aids, and this place is at fault. If you actually did your job scrupulously, and with care, this wouldn't have happened. Shame on you.

Every time I make an appointment and confirm the time when I arrive they just do happen to push the appointment back WITHOUT contacting me. Extremely poor communication skills with the entire office. They have absolutely no care about your time regardless the distance you travel! STAY AWAY from this office.

Called them because I had a bladder infection. They said to come in because they are taking Walk ins. I arrive 20 minutes later around 11 and they refused to take me even tho no one was in the waiting area and they close at 2. They said come back tomorrow. I told them I was in severe pain. Went to Hartford health walk-in in southington and was taken care of immediately. Great service. I will never go back to Bristol.
