Jessica Bandy the manager is a standout. She and Harvey Lewis are more than fair in how they stand behind their products. The customer service is way above and beyond. Hence the adage - you get what you pay for.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the woman I picked up from was much nicer and much more helpful than the woman I ordered my glasses from. So she basically saved the review, however the woman who is there most of the time, Jess, was incredibly condescending, even seemed angry. I have constant headaches with my glasses and being 62, I pretty sure I know myself and my conditions better than she does. I kept trying to tell her the weight of the glasses cause me headaches while I'm reading and of course there are other problems there too that I shouldn't have to explain to anyone else, my word should be enough. I had to deal with this attitude from a young woman who kept telling my prescription wasn't heavy enough to cause headaches when I explained I needed something lighter. Well I've worn that prescription for 20 years and believe that I am a better judge of that than she is. So now I'm stuck with another pair of glasses that I can barely wear, and left Harvey and Lewis with a terrible taste in my mouth. As I've said before, customer service is an ideal from the past, I guess so is kindness.

The manager there is so kind with such a warm heart. My father is in a nursing home close by to bristol. The nursing home lost his glasses so we were desperate to get them in. She was kind enough to put a rush on them for us. When they came in she called to let me know, my sister and myself both live over an hour away so we were having a hard time figuring out when we would get there. Jessica was so nice enough to offer to bring them to the nursing home for us! I was so incredibly grateful for that thoughtful gesture. I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond, you don't see service quite like that anymore.

Great frame selection, Jess is super friendly. Really enjoyed working with her to find myself the perfect pair of glasses to match my wacky personality! The frames were in all different price ranges which was helpful. You can tell jess really enjoys her job and making people love the fact that they need to wear glasses. Great experience!
