Clearing House Estate Sales

Lisa and her team were very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, hard working, attentive & very responsive. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. They worked extremely hard to get through the incredible amount of stuff at my folks' place & did a super job. We're very happy with the outcome & definitely recommend Lisa and her team to anyone who needs to downsize, clear out an estate, etc. They are all top notch & we don't know what we would have done if we didn't have them in our corner!

Lisa brought a team to photograph, catalogue and describe each piece. They spent an entire day doing this. Lisa then put together the auction catalogue and posted it online. We sold all but one item. Pick up day went smoothly with her staff arriving 2 hours before the appointed pick up time, bringing every piece of furniture to the front of my house. She handled everything, went above and beyond, then sent me a check. We were able to sell everything we didnt want to bring to our next home,, saved us from having to dispose of it. Win-win!. Recommend Lisa highly!!!

Terrible customer service. In fact, none. I purchased something at an auction they ran and the seller never gave me the product (claimed it had gone missing) and never credited my account although he said he would. Two weeks later after getting no response from phone messages and emails I sent to the seller, I called Clearing House since they ran his auction on their site and they were absolutely unethical. For one thing, the person I spoke would not give me her name and said she didn't have to give me her name. I said that was terrible customer service. She hung up on me. Do not deal with them if you expect honorable, considerate customer service when you have a problem with one of their auctions. You won't find any consideration or respect or resolution here.

Just picked up items won at an auction run by Zach Cavender. A big thank you to the kind and helpful young man who, because of my bad shoulder, loaded my items into my car. I much appreciated the gesture!
