Horrible service, very rude and very unprofessional. STAY AWAY. I never go out my way to give out a review like this but i promised myself I will after my horrible experience. Ended up going to my old spot in Fairfield (Pearle Vision) which Ive gone since 2012 and got A++ service right away, super polite & professional, and doesnt give you attitude for questions you have. And on top of of all that, they found the 3 errors this place had done with my frames and they were all fixed within 10 minutes. Errors that were blatantly neglected and distracting. When you pay for a product two separate times, you expect to get a good product, and good service. Not rude & unprofessional remarks. This review would be 6 paragraphs longer if i listed everything that went wrong with this horrible business. I implore anyone reading this to take the extra time and find a different place. Dont settle for this spot at all, you deserve better.

I called to ask if they put in lens in frames they do. And it was quick. He got them done it about 5 days just before Christmas. My baby boy needed sports glasses for basketball.

After going in for an eye exam to be fitted for contacts and glasses I decided to order my Contacts online. These doctors denied my prescription and lied to the people saying we were never fitted for contact lenses. Upon arrival they were given my contacts, and the previous prescription. I was given the new prescription and told that I could order contacts through them anytime I wanted. Because we did not use them they denied us to buy online. After calling to figure out why they were doing this I was treated horribly, told not to call anymore, and told they would report me to the state. All I wanted was cheaper contacts and being hung up and lied to is not the experience I wanted. This place doesnt do their job and lies.
