Dr. Lane is a sensitive and caring man who listens to his patients. He performs a thorough exam. I have a severe deviated septum with many Physical problems and can't have any surgery at my age. He is very equipped to handle alternative medicine and therapies to help with my my condition. I am in the medical field and recommend him highly to people who need to see an otolaryngologist.

I have been going to Dr.Lane when I need of his services since I was a teenager now 36. Always nice and resolves all my problems. My father needs his services, so for the first time literally like right now I will call Dr. Lane to make an appointment for my father because I trust him.

I'm sorry to read about Mr. Phong Nguyen's bad review and experience at Dr. Lanes office. Unfortunately those added charges came from your insurance company, and the very nice ladies in the office have no idea what your insurance plan consists of, therefore they answered confidently because the additional charges were billed to the insurance. If you felt so strongly about the balance you were left with, that should've been taken up with your insurance company, not bad mouthing the women in the office who have no idea what your coverage is, which is your responsibility to know. Overall, I've been seeing Dr. Lane for years, and so has my family, for over a decade this man has provided exceptional service and goes beyond and above for the care of his patients. he explains everything, answers any and all your questions in great detail, and his bedside manner is one of the best as far as doctors go now a days..i have, and my family has, recommended him to everyone we know, and we will keep making the recommendations, a he really is the best in his line of work.
