Unbelievable. To activate your gas service you need to be home and wait for the technician to show up whenever they feel like it. No timeframe, no courtesy call. They want you to wait at between 8 -12 hours at home on the tech to show and if you miss them they refuse to send someone else. People have jobs, school etc. This company doesn't care.

Horrible automated messages that are designed to confuse people in order to deflect human to human contact. Charging me late fees on current bills, but cant get in touch with customer service rep. to pay bill. Online app is unavailable to me after I already created an account for a previous address. What a joke of a company. I will be taking action.

Don't know yet the customer service was good. But a little disappointed because my bill is back dated and I don't have an idea how much they are going to charge me for gas. Especially like now which is winter and the heat have to be on 24/7.
