I recently went in for an annual physical and had a very good experience with APRN Elise. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Same with secretary named Angela!

I was a patient of Dr. Radebold for several years and prior to that with a Dr. Robert Levine who was previously associated. Being in relatively good health I did not see Dr. Radebold for several years and when I did develop a condition and called I was told that my account was closed since I did not see Dr. Radebold for a period of time. Suddenly I was out in the cold for a PCP and needed medication. I was told Dr. Radebold had too many patients and could not see me. I have since found a new PCP who treats people with compassion as patients rather than customers. Oh, and by the way when I requested that my records be sent to my new PCP they charged my insurance $90 and sent nothing! I'll let the reader draw their own conclusions. Everybody here shares in the responsibility whether they be doctors or the rude, unprofessional and incompetent office staff.

I had not seen these reviews before I decided to make Dr. Radebold my primary care physician, and if I had, I probably would not have decided to go with her, despite her being recommended by my favorite physician of all time, gynecologist Dr. Mary Jane Minkin of Guildford. But ultimately, I'm glad I didn't see them because I really trust Dr. Radebold's judgment and like her down-to-earth assessments of what to do for my health. Every doctor's office I deal with--I also see a gastroenterologist--has the same front desk problems, so I have no solution for those issues, but if you want a good physician, I would really try to put up with the front desk if it doesn't improve--I was there the other day and they were fine-- and go with Dr. Radebold. I think she is knowledgeable, experienced, and whip smart and I have faith in her judgements. Thus, the five stars.

Absolute terrible experience. The receptionist is extremely rude. Last time I saw my doctor was less than a year ago. My prescription needed to be refilled so I called it in as usual, no refill. When I called they said my doctor left and the next appointment I could get was in three weeks. They said no one will refill unless I was seen leaving me off my medicine cold turkey and suffering all the side effects.

I went through 4 doctors or PAs in 9 years, never seeing one often enough to even remember their names. Finally changed practices after fighting for a week with them to get 1 prescription filled. After I canceled my last appointment, I got the call telling me I had just missed it. Their receptionists don't communicate with the secretaries and vice versa. The entire office is terrible at communication.
