I started off just by browsing through the site taking in all the beautiful, handmade jewelry. I found something I LOVED but wanted to make some adjustments to. Sure enough I got immediate assistance from the designer behind the scenes. After careful selection of metals and stones, I was able to customize a dream piece to exactly match a vintage set of earrings. Huge thanks to all the help and consideration I got. Would absolutely revisit and buy again!!

Susan's work is absolutely beautiful and high quality. I had the chance to meet her at a craft fair in the Burlington, VT area. Not only was she wonderful to talk to, but her customer service was top notch. My mom found a tourmaline bracelet and separate tourmaline earrings she loved, and Susan offered on the spot to change out the earring setting from silver to gold so it would match the bracelet better. My mom hadn't even noticed the settings were different! I cannot recommend this jewelry enough, and will be purchasing more in future.

I recently met Susan at a festival in Gloucester and I was blown away by her jewelry. Everything she has is absolutely beautiful and she has so, so many pieces to choose from. I ended up ordering a tourmaline necklace off the website and it was shipped really quickly, and I received it so much faster than I anticipated. Also, I emailed Susan about something I was interested in and I received an email back quickly as well. I'm so happy with my necklace and I'm excited to order from her again soon. Whether for friends, family or myself, I'd have no problem finding something for anybody. Definitely check out her website, you won't be disappointed.

Susan is the absolute best! Not only does she make the most beautiful, handcrafted jewelry, she is the best example of what exemplary customer service looks like. I purchased a beautiful necklace from her at a local fair and then months later decided that I wanted some earrings to match. Susan was more than open to the idea and made two different versions of the earring I was looking for, quickly and excitedly. In addition, if you ever need a necklace lengthened, Susan is more than happy to accommodate. Her attention to detail and quick responses are the icing on the cake after owning some beautiful, one of a kind pieces that are very reasonably priced. I cant wait to wear my pieces from Susan Roberts Jewelry and represent a great artist!!!
