I have been a patient of Dr. Buckman for over 35 years. Dr. Buckman SAVED MY LIFE. Not kidding. In May, 2019, I was experiencing shortness of breath. I Googled 'shortness of breath' and from what I read, I diagnosed myself with COPD. My shortness of breath became more frequent. After explaining my symptoms to the office staff, I was immediately scheduled for an office visit the following day. When I met with Dr. Buckman and explained my symptoms, he immediately prescribed a stress test at a cardiologist in Manchester. Long story short, I failed the stress test. The following day, I was scheduled for an angiogram to see if there were any blockages. The thoracic vascular cardiosurgeon discovered that three of my arteries were blocked 90 percent. Surgery proceeded the following week, and I ended up having a quadruple bypass. Thank you, Dr Buckman, for literally saving my life.

I went to this practice because my primary care Dr. Piper Lillard joined the practice. She is a fantastic doctor. She left the practice to go into her own private practice. It devastated me. I was assigned to an APRN Kelly Riggeri. After 1 visit she went on maternity leave. I was assigned to another APRN Steve Spaderna. He was really great getting me set up with a specialist for a condition known as Warthin's tumors and also set me up with a specialist for a colonoscopy since I was at high risk for polyps. I really liked him, good bedside manner and very knowledgeable. After a year he left the practice. I needed an appointment and was assigned to Dr. Buckman the primary for the practice. He was rude and indifferent to my situation. I went back again to Kelly Riggeri coming back from maternity leave. She was rude and indifferent. I will never go back to this practice again. I highly recommend seeking another practice.
