        Bloomfield, CT branch wouldn’t break a $20 bill. I’ve never heard of a bank not doing this basic courtesy for the general public. Guess they’re not interested in potential new business. I wouldn’t do business with them if that’s reflective of how their tellers handle customer service.

        I love this branch and the rest in the area too. People are kind and super helpful. The greatest thing about banking with a community bank like Sims Bank is that they really go the extra mile for you, no matter what the situation is. You'd never find this type of service with a multi-national huge bank like Bank of America, Chase, etc.
