Been there twice so far and just love it. Very clean and the staff is great.love the walls in between bath stations, makes it a little less stressful .

What brought us in to Cleaner Tails was the self serve dog wash stations. Our first time going, I packed our own shampoo, conditioner, towels, and brushes for my dog. I was expecting the usual heavily watered down, cheap products that every other dog wash offers as part of the service. As soon as we walked in, I knew I wouldnt be needing any of my stuff from home. We were greeted right away by one of the owners, Stephen, who took us over to the wash area and gave us the run down on the products they let us use at no additional cost. They have a huge array of Earth Balance (fabulous brand!) products to choose from depending on your pets skin/coat conditions and concernsnothing was even a little bit watered down!! They had fresh clean towels, different brushes to use during and after the bath, and thick aprons for us pet parents too :) the stall was clean and the water pressure and blow dryers were great! We were so impressed by our first visit that we then decided to also start coming to CTs for their nail trimmings (Fellow Pug owners know what a challenge it is to get their nails done!!!) They did an amazing job and were so kind and patient with my boy. We now only use Cleaner Tails for all of Henrys grooming needs. I took a solid 6-7 months to write this revieweach time weve gone there, their work, products, and professionalism have been consistently amazing. Our schedules are pretty hectic, and the team here has been so accommodatingeven going as far as coming early to open the store just for us! To say they go above and beyond is an understatement! Lastly and most importantly, they are animal loverswe see that every time we walk in! Thats not something you can just put-on. We truly are so grateful for this wonderful business and cant recommend them enough.
