Solano Medical

Dr. Solano has clearly stated that she has "too many patients" and that she "doesn't have time to fill out her patients paperwork." This facility is unfit for preventative/patient care.

I understand that medical offices are busy right now . I am a medical professional myself . I had called today with a concern and the woman on the phone was very very rude . I should not call my drs office and get treated the way I was . I was very kind and was not rude at all, I did not deserve the way I was treated . The ladies/ gents that answer the phone are one of the main images of the office . You should treat your patients with kindness and courtesy.

They are the worst office workers I have ever come across in this country. I do not understand how they put this type of workers to be a service like this, the lack of education and kindness that these people have is very noticeable. the worst of the worse

Came in due to believing I was having a stroke- I had uncontrollable face spasms and was loosing feelings in my arms. Dr Solano immediately accused me of trying to get benzodiazepines, making me feel terrible. I thought I was having a stroke and for her to not take that seriously and accuse me of looking for meds was very degrading and belittling. I told her how she made me feel and proceeded to file a formal complaint with pro health. A day after I make the complaint I get a call from Dr Solano personally with what sounded like a forced apology. Currently looking for a new pcp since I no longer feel comfortable going there and at this point I refuse to go there unless someone else is present. I need a healthcare PROFESSIONAL who is going to acknowledge my symptoms and fears and address them accordingly instead of reacting in an accusatory way. If you want to get treated as a human being, this is not the place for you.
