        This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Jennifer. The first time was for the launch of our company's leadership program. We ordered binders with our Leadership University logo on them. This time around it was at the end of the first year of our company's leadership program. We ordered crystal leadership awards. Jennifer once again provided top notch customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our order. There was a hiccup with a 3rd party vendor and we needed one of the awards replaced. Jennifer stayed with us every step until we received the replacement. Because of their wide selection of product and excellent customer service, I recommend Promomento.
