Quality of service had gone up considerably and they will see your sick child, however busy they are. It also means sometimes you have to be a little patient.

I really miss the old doctors and staff I have been taking my children here for the past 13+ years and I'm pulling my kids out (all 3) The past two years I have been waiting one hour after my schedule appointment to be seen, staff is rude, nurses are rough and it has become an unpleasant experience overall! The manager didn't seem to have a care in the world. I expressed my concerns to Doctor Lavallee and as I was leaving the room him and the nurse bursted out laughing, he clearly didn't care either. Would not recommend this practice.

This was my pediatricians office when i was a child. So naturally when i had my own baby i decided to use them as well, despite our horrific experience with griffin hospital during the pregnancy and birth. In any case, didnt have any issues until my infant son had to have blood drawn for lead testing etc. Having blood drawn is tough for a baby as it is. A few days later i receive a voice mail from the office while i was at work saying you need to give us a call back, its about your son My heart sank and i had to walk off the jobsite as every worst case scenario ran through my head, knowing my son just had blood drawn. The message was left on my phone at 11:56. Four minutes before the office closes for lunch. By the time I received it i couldnt get my call through. I must have called fifty times, the outgoing message stating that the office will re open at 1 pm. It wasnt until ONE THIRTY that my call was finally answered. Just for the nurse to tell me, vaguely as not to implicate themselves, that i needed to bring my son in to get blood drawn AGAIN. I received no clear answer as to WHY my son needed another blood draw. They either lost the sample or didnt take enough. Either way, they made a huge mistake and handled it completely unprofessionally, and then proceeded to downplay my frustration on the phone. I don't know who is rating these hospitals and doctors, but it appears the entire staff at griffins OBGYN dept and its associated offices are entirely committed to unprofessionalism and pompousness. Suffice to say i will not be seeing these quacks any more, nor will i use this hospital if i have a choice.
