CT shamrock paving & masonry

In July 2022, They paved my driveway and replaced the drain in front of my garage, they also did some masonry work for me. The masonry work was okay, but there were big problems with the paving and drain replacement work. 1.They should know new asphalt paving driveway makes more water comes to the drain than before, but they replaced the drains with narrow ones than my original ones, the drain doesn't work when the rain is big. I got several times water flooded into my garage since July 2022 (see the first and second photo). When I first time called them, they told me to seal my garage door, if water still comes into my garage they will fix it. But water still comes into my garage after I sealed the garage door (see the 3rd photo). Now they never answer my phone call, never reply to my text message. 2.They charged me $8000 additional for making the base of my garage (made by blocks) water proof, I supposed they will do some repair work on the cracks on the block, but finally I found they just dig 1 foot to expose the blocks and applied $100 valued waterproof material on the blocks, that is it. 3.The driveway is not flat, when drive on it you can feel it. See the 5th photo you can see pit on the driveway which hold water. Most important thing is, they just disappear after the project, they never answer my phone call and never reply to my text message. I can't believe I spent almost $40,000 on such low quality project with the irresponsible company. Services: Hardscaping, Paving-related drainage, Asphalt paving & repair

Nigel Jr and his crew were all great to deal with, professional and timely. We had a patio installed with pavers including two steps leading into the house with bluestone landings and stone veneers on the sides. They were able to get started a few weeks earlier than originally scheduled and got the job completed within two days. They were clean, efficient and the patio looks great! Nigel Jr was knowledgeable and provided great ideas and suggestions when it came to layout and design of patio. Would definitely recommend and would use them again for future projects. Nigel Jr and crew did a great job! They added many extras to the project that really brought it together. I LOVE the final product and will definitely call them back for any masonry project I do in the future. Update: After a year and a few months, I have a hole in my driveway the size of a softball. I had a pallet on the driveway for a few days. When I moved the pallet, I saw the hole with what looked like fresh dark black asphalt pebbles around it. Shamrock Paving is own by a very respectful Father and Son. These guys are the best. Really fair on price for work and they did an amazing job for our driveway and concrete wall for our fence. We Highly recommend them. They will get the job done quick and they will do it the right way. Thank you guys!
