Dr. OConnor was absolutely the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had tend to me. She explained everything in a manner I could understand, answered all my questions and did not rush me through my appointment. I came away with a greater understanding of my health concerns, and she welcomed my active participation in my health plan. She is genuinely caring and very well informed. Highly recommend!

Although they could answer the phone more promptly overall I like this office and Dr. Katie OConnor(no relation despite the fact we share the same last name) is outstanding.

I'm really happy with my experiences at Hebron Medical Associates. Everyone in the office area is very hospitable, professional, and helpful.
The office has a little bit of a vintage feel, but it is a welcome change from the sterile-feeling, cookie-cutter, white on white on white on white everything, offices that are popping up everywhere. The place is clean as could be, the care is top-notch, and a person answers the phone when you call.
My interactions with the medical professionals could not be better. Everyone I talked to was extremely knowledgeable, they listen to questions, respond to concerns, and really worked with me to provide the highest level of care. Even on my first visit, I felt very comfortable. They even call back exactly when they say they will.
My appointment started on time and I had no problems with paperwork or billing. I would recommend Hebron Medical Associates without hesitation. Thanks.
