3-31-2022 Update: I order every Thursday from this place. Sometimes it is only my sister's personal pan pepperoni. Pan pizza is the only thing pizzawise she will eat from here. I placed her order arrived to pick it up to learn that they don't have it and had changed the size and crust. Now I realize that in this place in time things are becoming difficult to receive. This location is not busy and since I order online my phone number is included. A simple phone call would have made all the difference especially when my order was placed nearly a hour before. My husband had to get back in touch with them to get the situation resolved. After today I AM DONE ORDERING from this location for the immediate future.
10-21-21 Update: Ordered chicken Alfredo literally got not even two tablespoons of chicken in the whole pan. Ordered pan pizza and got handtossed. This location is getting more inept by the day.
We ordered about a month ago and still the quality of the breadsticks and pizza crust of the pan style was not crisp or buttery as it was before the new operator took over. The breadsticks were almost undercooked. We ordered online so at least our order was ready at the time we picked. We do have to specify no garlic spray during the order process due to the fact it makes me very queasy and ruins the experience of the food. Work is needed to bring this place back to the standard it used to be.
Update 4/21/2020. I use the online ordering which I've never had a problem with before my order should have been ready at 5:30 today which is Tuesday April 21st 2020 I get to the location to pick up my order at 5:30 they can't find it they've apparently sent it with somebody else. Yes they did offer me free breadsticks or sodas but at this point I already have the sodas and I don't need any more food than what I've already ordered. Seriously is this the best that they can do I am so livid right now of having to wait even longer for my food I can't even describe how angry I am.

Be prepared for a wait when you go in the cashiers too ignorant to understand names
And the general manager just wants to argue with you when you call a complain

It wasn't bad at all. Bathroom was nasty. The food was not bad. It was a fairly Queen food. It was not soaked in Grease and it wasn't just sloppily thrown together either. It did take a while to arrive but for the most part I have no complaints. The bathrooms were the only bad part it looked as though they had not been cleaned in months.

Worst experience ever!! Wrong order and "can't" credit my card nor give me an in store credit towards my next purchase. I left my contact information for the manager and still haven't heard back from them. I will think twice about any future business. Definitely recommend CHECKING YOUR ORDER BEFORE PAYING!!

This Pizza Hut is an absolute joke!!! This is their super supreme, literally a couple green peppers on it. The staff is usually sour and irritated. If you order in house they seriously price gouge you extremely bad we have seriously saved over 75% ordering online. This poorly managed joke of a Pizza Hut needs to close and make room for a legit decent business like Dominos.
