D's Septic

Had him come out and pump my septic tank, he was very professional and even pointed out a potential issue with my system. A few weeks later my pump failed just like he said it probably would. Was able to get him back out on short notice to clean my system again before the company comes out to repair the pump. I am very pleased with the service, I will be using his services in the future. Very straightforward and honest

I was told he would be here between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. on a Friday, he showed up at 4:40. Almost immediately weasled his way out of doing the job, saying I had dug up the wrong septic tank lid. It was very obvious that he was running late and wanted to go home rather than do his job. When inquiring about the septic tank and lid dilemma, he could not give me a straight answer and danced around the subject. They were contacted to come clean my septic tank out and inspect it. I have installed several septic tanks in my years doing residential home construction, and have never had a single issue like this.

Really heard good things about this company, but after leaving voice mails and email, no one has responded. This company was referred by Angie's List, so very disappointed.

Outstanding work! Our septic system had not been serviced in over 5 years. D's came out in a great looking pump truck, evaluate the system, pumped both tanks and provided visual feedback and maintenance recommendations. They were in and out in about 1 hour. I have found my new go to service for septic in Teller County! Thanks Ds!!
