        We have a major plumbing issue where our showers are filling up, our water heater is leaking and water pouring into our crawl space. I called Hardcastle yesterday and the tech, Donnie, I spoke to stated that they couldnt make it out last night, but we would for sure be on the schedule first thing this morning. My husband took the day off of work to be here and long story short, we were not on the schedule and no one is coming out. Dont even try to use this company. Extremely disappointing.

        All the employees are very polite and helpful. Josh came to my house, he was awesome and explained everything he was doing to us. Definitely recommend them. Also them being a small local business is a big plus! Service: Heating system repair

        My hot water heater was on it's last legs and the team at Hardcastle did an excellent job is getting it replaced. There was a slight problem with it afterwards and they immediately got someone onsite to fix it. I am extremely happy with Hardcastle and would highly recommend them. They will have my business in the future.
