My hot water wasn't lasting more than 8mins. These guys sent out a great guy named Chris. Not only did he take time to hear me out on the situation and then properly diagnose the issue but he also took the time to get to know me a little as a customer which helped me feel a lot more comfortable about having him in my home. He took his time fixing the issue the way it needed to be fixed and was very patient making sure it was fixed. It was a very refreshing experience. I highly recommend requesting Chris if you hire these guys. He puts in the work and seems to be happy to do so.

Joe came out to fix a gas leak, he was great, isolated the problem fast. Hillary was also SUPER helpful when we were getting everything sorted, and Walker was totally on top of calling the City and Atmos to get the gas turned back on when all was good. They also replaced a toilet for us on another occasion, fixed a toilet shutoff valve, and they're the best.
