        Bob was fantastic! My husband, upon arriving home from work, locked his keys in the truck. It's been a long week, so no judging! I called 4 other locksmiths before calling B&J Locks as Hubs worked diligently with all manners of hangers, wire apparatuses, a vacuum cleaner hose, Bohemian chants, screwdrivers.....you name it. Bob arrived within 15 minutes and had the door opened within 3 minutes- without tripping off one single alarm! He gave Hubs great advice on getting spare keys made and treated our truck with expertise with not one single mark to commemorate the event. He was a little bit more money, but WORTH IT. He did not require the blood of our first born child, just quoted his rate up front ($4 more, so not worth quibbling about), and got the job DONE.

        Bob was excellent to work with. He was very professional, very efficient, on-time and more than fair prices. Bob knows his business and helped me save money where he could. The most important aspect is he is very trustworthy. I would not have known that 3 locks would not need to be done, but he let me know a better way and saved us the money. I'll definitely use Bob's services again in the future and recommend him to all!!
