I bought my house in 2019 and the roof had been re-done prior to my purchase. This winter (2021-2022) I had a leak from snow piled up at an awkwardly engineered intersection of roof angles: North side, shadowed, very mild slope. Caine came by to take a look and got up on the roof with me and showed me the problem, grabbed a couple tubes of caulk and fixed the issue right then, professional courtesy he said. Absent a hail storm I won't need their services anytime soon, but if I ever do they have a customer and if anyone I know does, I'll definitely recommend them. Services: Roof repair, Roof inspection

We'll never use anyone else again. Austin and his Team at Gold Star Premium Roofing are AMAZING. They were all kind, polite, professional, and made sure the job was done when they said it was going to be and that it was done correctly. Our home was hit in a bad hailstorm, two days before we went out of the country for awhile. After 5 different roofing contractors looked at our house, the Gold Star Premium Roofing Team was suggested by my father in-law as an alternative to using someone we didn't know. Austin showed up minutes after we called and found damage to our home no one else even mentioned. Austin and his team worked very hard to communicate with us and continued to push things along while we were gone. They organized everything from removing and reinstalling our solar, to installing a new roof, gutters, and even helped us replace a damaged trash bin holder. A month after our roof was replaced, we had high winds in our area clocking over 100 MPH. Our neighbors had shingles already flying off their recently replaced roofs and we did not. Their customer service and quality of work and materials is second to none. We appreciate all their hard work and hope not need them again in the future, but if we do, we know calling them will make the whole process A LOT easier. They made the entire process very easy. Really easy to communicate with, and honest about the process. We discussed our options, and they made it happen with what we could afford. They sent a crew out and they pretty much finished the entire roof replacement in one day. They are very efficient, and I would recommend them for whoevers looking to replace a roof.

I used Gold Star Premium Roofing to replace hail damaged shingles and to TPO coating on flat roof. Austin was great, very responsive and handled all of the details with the insurance claim. They were flexible on timing and worked directly with my solar install company. The workers were efficient and considerate.
