I can tell you I had a plumbing emergency and Payless Router was able to get me the help I needed within hours of first calling them (on a Sunday) I was worried at first that they were just a middle man, but the truth is they have all the contacts you could need to solve your plumbing issue and do so fast and affordably. The end price I had to pay for a mainline sewage blockage was totally acceptable in my opinion and they were timely in following up and getting out someone to help. I would not hesitate to call Payless Router again if I had another blockage anywhere.

Replaced main sewer line, did excellent work and was $11,000 cheaper than Plumbline. They did the work quickly because we couldnt use our drains until repair was done. So I appreciated that. It came with a warranty as well.

I had a wonderful experience with the Payless Rooter team. Disclaimer: I only spoke with them over the phone and did not have a service completed. I called them with a semi-emergency and spoke with Carl. Carl was super lovely and walked me through step by step what I needed to do over the phone. His clear directions helped me avoid a real emergency. Grateful that he was willing to help - it saved me an expensive service. Will definitely use their services in the future.
