I had lost a lot of my passion for my career and was struggling to find enjoyment in my job. Nancy helped me discover a lot about myself and narrow down what I really enjoyed. I saw Nancy for several years and, although my career transition is underway, she was indispensable in helping me to find my path and my identity within the world of work. She showed me how to own my work experience and take control of it to the extent that I can. She helped me to become aware of my strengths and capitalize on them, but also to know my boundaries and limitations and how to work within them. Were it not for her, I am sure I would still be stuck in a job I detested wondering how the heck I would ever get out. My journey continues, but it only ever truly started because of Nancy.
