I am having eye surgery done next week. I am already a patient of theirs. I called last week to get a replacement tank, explaining them about my surgery. I called back today to make sure it would be delivered in time and they told me it would be January 29th, a month after my surgery. The person I spoke with was rude and abrupt with me. PLEASE have your doctor refer you to Apria. They listen and work with you to get things done with your health in mind.

Watching my Aunt have a truly horrific experience with the company over a portable concentrator. Their call center employees are rude. They do not properly inform their patients about Respiratory policies, appointments, or responsibilities. Trying to get a portable air concentrator has become a battle that could of been easily resolved with respect & professionalism. They have hidden fee's and they do not inform their Medicare/Medicade paitients of co-pays of delivery fee's. They are rude combative and unprofessional. Highly recommend doing business elsware or having your doctor transfer your prescription elsewhere for your loved ones sake.

This is trully one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Please do not use them under any circumstances. Unprofessional in every way possible. I can't believe they are allowed to operate in this way.

Have no idea who this company is, but apparently their therapist wrote orders for me. They refused to explain how they were involved with my healthcare. Involved with shady company Rotech. Fraud all around.

If I could give O stars I would. I won’t cover the details as it would takes chapters to write this book!! Suffice to say rude, rude, rude!! They made 5 appointments never showed for a single 1 over 5 years!! Two appointments were made & I was told you be there or we cut off your O2??!! The two days, December 24th & December 26th!! Are you serious?? Christmas Eve. They could not give a time so no church just sat & waited and waited. Nobody showed!! Then 2 weeks later they want to come & threaten me. I refused to have them stand me up again. New machine due March 2020-still waiting. No calls, nothing. Pathetic business!!
