There are way better chat bots out now. These guys just take your money and dont really offer artifical intelligence assistant as advertised.

Be careful working here. There's alot of favoritism in the production area and it comes from the leads. Not to mention, there's a bunch of kids. Guess you can't expect much when they hire from temp agencies. Another little note to think about, the leads got rid of all the good machinists...so if you're a machinist and know more or about the same as the leads, I suggest you go elsewhere. They will try to find a way to get rid of you or not hire you at all.

GPT is a wonderful place for professional growth. I started as a customer service representative and was promoted 4 times during my 6 years working there. The staff is friendly, very welcoming and the leadership team believes on their employee's potential, giving them opportunities to learn and develop. They have very flexible policies and trust that the people closest to the problems should be the ones to make decisions. The pay isn't as competitive as other places, however, the schedule flexibility and benefits are a great tradeoff because you will be able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

I would recommend GPT to any employee looking to develop in their career. I was with the company for 12 years and during that time I learned about manufacturing, safety, customer service, sales, continuous improvement, the list goes on and on. There was not one part of the business I did not have an opportunity to learn about. I was empowered to develop where I had passion and supported to do my best each day. More importantly the company developed me as a person. The culture focuses on emotional intelligence and respect which I can apply both in my career but also in my personal life. The one area the company could improve on is competitive wages for the market. But they offer benefits outside of the salary that if taken advantage of can help balance out the difference. If you are looking to collect a pay check and do the bare minimum this company is not for you. If you are looking to actually be responsible for the success and growth of a business I recommend GPT.
