Colorado Family Clinic

We'd been seeing doctors here for nine months, and when I called just now to make an appointment I got a recording that the clinic has closed permanently. As an established patient I think they should have either mailed or called me to let us know! They are printing records as of their phone message on 6/27/2022, but we'll see if that actually happens. I am incredibly frustrated with the terrible communication. This could be part of why they were having issues staying in business.

I came for my first appointment and I showed up early to fill out paperwork. They took me back right in time and than I sat in a room for 45 min and nobody came in. I could smell their food and hear them opening pop cans and talking for lunch. I told the man at the front desk I was leaving since I sat there for 45 min and nobody came in. He said okay and I left. Never got a call back or heard from them again. Not very professional and I do not recommend this place.

I waited for 2 hours for the doc to come (I let them know I've been having really bad allergies to the point it makes it really hard to breathe) and he showed up with an untrained dog :( idk what's causing my allergies but i thought that was very unprofessional and inconsiderate

All the caregivers here are great! Dr. Frisbee has a great team.

The worst place ever! No one ever answers the phone. No one calls you back. I have left three voicemails in over a week and called 9 times. This happens over and and over. They are the worst worst worst
