Excellent customer service! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my project. With unexpected delays of my tile due to customs, the staff was quick to follow up and help as much as they could. Thank you Rob for getting the tile to me as soon as you could and fixing any problems that occurred, even when that meant you were working after hours. I really appreciate all you guys did, making a stressful situation much easier for me and everyone else involved in my project. Customer service at this place is top notch - highly recommend.

Horrible service. They need more than 1 person working. Or the person needs to say I have 3 people ahead of you and it might be about 30 minutes, instead of “ do you have something quick? “ Here is a listing of colors “ then walking away. Not to mention answering the phone and walking away while you are standing there. I understand busy. I don’t understand rude
