Was contacted by Marissa about changing over my insurance and to see if coverages would save me money and get a better deal. So I did.
First off Marissa assumed my insurance agent was a male, and assumed "he" would just tell me I'm good with my insurance I currently have, I have had a female agent for the past 5 years and she's been amazing and very informative. Then I had a family member pass away while I was looking into my insurance. She did however check in to make sure everything was ok but my focus is my family money can come later for saving on insurance. As you can see in this pic. I told Marissa I was saving more and getting better coverage with my current insurance. She assumed I was just being told I'm better off with my current insurance, which I am. I've been dealing with insurance companies for 20 plus years so I know the bundle factor. The problem I have is the fact that I'm some guy in her mind that's gunna believe every other male over a female and assume my current agent is just gunna convince me that I'm saving money. I stated clearly I'm saving more with my current insurance and more benefits. This professionalism from her is not what I want my insurance agent to be.
