VIDA Salon - Westminster

My appointment had to be rescheduled because Winter who I was scheduled with quit unexpectedly. So my appointment was rescheduled for today (Thursday) at 5:00pm with Dawn. I was my usual 5 minutes early. I walked up to the door and lights were off inside. I tried the door and it was locked, no one there. Salon apparently closed early and did not notify me. Now looking for a new hair salon. Service: Hair coloring

I received the absolute worst haircut in my life from here. When we called them to see about fixing it, the only response was that the hairstylist who butchered my hair, was the only one theyd put me in touch with. The last thing someone with butchered hair wants is the same person attempting to fix it. I will never, ever go back here again. Service: Hairstyling

Winter Parker colored and cut my hair today ! She hit the mark and I couldn't be happier. Winter just moved to this salon recently and it's so calm and relaxing. Don't hesitate, book an appointment !!

Im horribly disappointed with my cut...I went to this place to clean up my Bob haircut and specifically told the stylist to make the front long and back short, while keeping the length. She took off two inches and now I have a pixie. My hair which has taken months to grow out is now chin length. Not to mention the right side is uneven with the left side. I want to cry the cut was so awful. I will not be coming here again. Service: Hairstyling
