Primrose School at Torrey Peaks

At first I had a good impression of the school. As I postponed my kid`s start day once (paid registration fee) and then I needed to postponed it a second time I had to pay the fee again. OK. I get it. But, I don`t know for what good reason (maybe because a change in the staff?!) they NEVER got back to me with a start date for my kid or even to ask if I would like to be kept in the wait list. So, when I called the director to understand if they had my kid off the list or whatever happened, this young director gave me the most rudest answer possible. So, I asked for the second fee I had paid back and she just kept yelling at me on the phone. I am just venting in here... but my family and I really felt damaged by this school direction. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The preschool tour provided informative details about the curriculum, but unfortunately, the front desk's introduction lacked enthusiasm and didn't set a positive tone. Moreover, the tour itself lacked visual demonstrations of the facilities and classrooms, making it less worthwhile for prospective parents seeking a comprehensive view. Enhancing the presentation and incorporating more visual elements would significantly improve the tour experience.

My little guy loves his teachers! The classroom is big, bright and clean. Additionally, I love the communication between teachers and parents. I cannot thank his teachers (Ms. Dedra, Ms. Tomy and Ms. Jenn) enough for providing such a good care and love for my child. We had to move to a different state, and we really miss this daycare.

Our experience at Primrose has been nothing but positive. We have had an excellent experience with the leadership and every teacher we have encountered. I always feel comfortable asking questions about childhood education/development with no worry of judgement. All of the teachers have kept open communication about my kiddos and leadership has always been receptive if I have a concern or question. I feel supported as a parent and trust everyone at this school with my children. I have significant peace of mind sending them here. Even after we moved farther away from the school we make the commute for the quality at Primrose Torrey Peaks. I would highly recommend.
