        Not a good work environment, especially for anyone who is on the autism spectrum, or is different in someway. Also, they most definitely play favorites. Anyone who is looking to design will be used for their templates. They sent out shoddy work prior as well, which I don’t know how that was acceptable. They clearly don’t value design, what could look best for the client. Under appreciated/communication wasn’t so clear and felt threatening when there was communication about something that went wrong. Look elsewhere if you want to be valued for your design, and the environment was toxic and isn’t worth your mental health. There are better options, and it was good learning experience at least & now I know what to look for when applying for my next job.
