Now I don't think this company overall is a bad place but the supposedly 'CAC' Certified Addiction Counselor 'Susan' who is at the Westminster location is a nut case, a liar, a thief, and worst of all she is a manipulator. Classes are never accurate. They never learn from the book. At times you pay $25.00 to watch a movie that has absolutely nothing that pertains to drugs/alcohol. They try to cheat people out of their money. For this Westminster location I think it's all about revenue. Susan doesn't care about the clients or what they go through. The classes are so big we barely have enough time to introduce ourselves, that's if you're lucky enough to get a seat and at that make sure it isn't broken like the system they run over there. Oh and if you want to have an intake you'll have to do it on your own. Ask my girlfriend she'll tell you, she was with me when we did 'our' intake without Susan while she taught a class of about 22 and no one else to help because her other employees aren't properly trained to assist anyone.
