I won’t ever recommend them... Did the work as promised. However, absolutely atrocious customer service. If you’re looking to save money use their landscaping services but they treated me like garbage and I believe they could treat you like garbage too. One of the guys broke the glass door of our neighbors house and when we called them to inform them about it they sounded confused and skeptical. The neighbors have a camera in the backyard that caught everything on camera. (Our experience ended after we got off of the phone. We have no knowledge of how the company proceeded with handling the situation after we called to inform them that they had broken the neighbors door and they were hostile, defensive, and wanted to deny having any part of it). They left immediately after the job which is when payment is typically completed. So obviously I couldn’t pay them because they had left. Then Mike calls just now on a Saturday evening demanding the money right then. I am out of town and can’t get it to him til Tuesday and he responds with “payment is due at completion of the project so READ YOUR CONTRACT NEXT TIME”. They clearly don’t know how to respect regular home owning citizens. I’ll never work with them again nor recommend anyone I know to use their service. Incredibly rude. Oh yeah did I mention it was horrible customer service?
EDIT TO ADD: after reading several other negative reviews I can guarantee they're going to comment with some type of excuse. Just wait.
EDIT TO ADD AFTER BUSINESS’S COMMENT: Lmao what did I say 😂😂😂
EDIT TO ADD YET AGAIN: I just received a letter from Coal Creek’s LAW FIRM stating that they will pursue LEGAL action against me if I do not take my negative review down. I have edited my previous “treat you like garbage” comment to more clearly reflect that it is my opinion and not a statement of fact like most people with common sense would recognize. I believe this is a scare tactic by the company and I would not be surprised if I was not the first person they have sent scare tactic type letters to in order to have negative reviews taken down. I refuse to do this because this has been my personal experience with this company and I live in America, land of the free, where the 1st amendment is very much a real thing. I also added photos. Receipts.

I've worked at and with Coal Creek Landscaping, LLC for more than 10 years. There is no one out there who cares more about Quality or Doing the Job Right. I am so blessed to have worked with them for so long.

I just had a fantastic experience with Coal Creek Landscaping. I believe it was Agnes who I spoke with over the phone, and she could not be more pleasant! She was extremely quick and professional in getting me the help I needed. I had a valve that was stuck and some sprinkler heads that needed replacement, and they were quick, professional, and very kind. I am thrilled with the service and would absolutely recommend Coal Creek to anyone who asks!
