Who knew healthcare could be enjoyable! From start to finish, my initial consultation was amazing. The lobby area is very cozy - you have a wonderful view of the mountain, a coffee machine, teas and plenty of couches to lounge on. The fireplace and reading materials also added a nice touch. Once I got back to my patient room, I met with care providers non-stop. (I am sure I will botch titles so please excuse that). The entry nurse got me setup, sent me off for additional imaging-which was done insanely fast. After that I met the PA who asked a great deal of questions. Lastly I met Dr. Gallizzi and his WONDERFUL RN Brooke. Unlike most doctors, he treated me like a person rather than a number. I felt truly heard and cared for. They explained my treatment plan clearly and provided a clear path forward. I felt so relieved and informed after my appointment. While I can't say I am looking forward to surgery, I have comfort in knowing I will be in wonderful hands and the bedside manor will make a huge difference in the experience.

Dr. Philippon and his team provide the highest level of medical service available. I was blown away by the kindness, courtesy and most importantly, quality of care provided. I could not recommend them enough!
