Had a great first experience at colorado mountain medical. The doctor and nurse was very helpful. I look forward to returning and using them as my primary doctor!

Everything about my experience at CMM was wonderful. When I called to schedule my appointment (not an existing patient), the receptionist Kaitlynn was incredibly helpful in playing phone tag with me while I skied, and then emailing back and forth to get me in at a convenient time and get the doctor all the necessary information. When I came in I was seen quickly. Dr. Bernstein and her nurse were very attentive and seemed to really care about everything I had to say. They then administered two tests, one of which (through no fault of their own) was very uncomfortable but they got me through it with their kindness and professionalism. During the exam and after, the doctor educated me on what was going on. I only wish I lived in the area full time so that dr Bernstein could be my primary doctor.

Got a COVID test at the outdoor trailer and was told results would be available after 24-48 hours on the patient portal. Well, they weren’t and there’s no record of me ever getting tested. I got a phone call for my results and missed it and they left a message saying to call back for results. I called back almost immediately and got an answering machine saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. So I called again a few hours later and got the answering machine again. At this point it’s been over 3 days since my test. As I write this review, I still haven’t received my results and I was tested Friday March 5. It is now Wednesday March 10. So yeah, I’m not happy. I need those results whether they’re positive or negative to return to work. The process of getting the test was so EASY, I was actually impressed and excited at how simple it was compared to the testing site in Vail. But now I’m regretting my choice to not choose Vail again because at least their patient portal works and they answer their phones when called.
