The staff there is so patient and thoughtful. Explained everything to you. And you get plenty of time to bike down the Vail Pass or around the Town until they are closed for the day.

Our reservation was cancelled just prior to arriving. Very upsetting. What is the point of a reservation?

Filled out the bike reservation form on their website and was emailed hours later that bikes are "first come first serve". Yeah...that's not how reservations work, fellas. Charge my CC for the full amount up front, I'm OK with that, but don't waste my time filling out a reservation form. You don't do bike reservations, fine, why is there a FORM on your website to do it with language regarding reservation policy?
