Gotta love it when the delivery driver carries you pizza sideways from the car to the door and then looks dumbfounded by your disgust. 25% tip on my cc to a moron in a hat, nice job pizza hut! Never again!

We ordered food in Trinidad, Colorado last night at 4:30 pm. Website said 45 minutes delivery time. At 6:30 a driver "tried" delivery to a house that's been delivered to for years. The driver didn't attempt anything. She returned it to the store where it sat for 2.5 hours. They brought it back at 8:30 pm, cold and hard. The pasta with a cream sauce is dangerous to leave out. We asked for it to be remade and they said they didn't have the ingredients. Called today and spoke to the manager who said he's going to get back to me but never did. $80 for garbage food and service. I ordered for my daughter and her family because she just had surgery. Horrible service!
