I’ve been calling since 8am. I keep getting the voice recording that the call center is closed and when you press for the hours it says they’re open from 8am until 7:30pm Tuesday through Thursday. It is almost 9am so I don’t understand why the call center is “closed”. Even when I try calling the clinic directly I get the same message. I’m sure when they finally “open” the wait time will be 2 hours with no getting through because the staff clearly has has hard time answering the damn phone.
