DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS SERVICE. She scheduled her appt for noon and showed up early rang my doorbell once and then left. I was at my door at 11:59 and she was gone. Ghosted. I tried calling and getting a hold of her immediately. 20 minutes later she calls me saying her phone didn't work and that she went to another customer. Said she couldn't use her phone... but somehow was able to use her phone to schedule another customer rather then her scheduled time at my place. I asked her why she just didn't call me if she she arrived early. She said she couldn't talk with me because "I am at customers house" and click. Very unprofessional. Betty is the BEST! She accommodated a last minute move-out cleaning for me and did a stunning job in 5 hours by herself! She is an absolute delight to work with and does very thorough work. My landlord was thrilled with how clean the place was when I left. I paid her extra because her work was exceptional and less expensive than every other service I contacted. Hire her!

I am a realtor, and I booked Betty to do a deep clean as a gift for some of my buyers who were moving in from out of state. I booked her for 08/20, because there were painters coming 08/19. She texted and asked if she could reschedule to 08/19, and I said that would be fine, but that there would be painters (in one bedroom) there as well. I let her know that the home was completely empty, and all I wanted was for her to wipe down the inside and outside of the kitchen cabinets, clean the two bathrooms, wipe down the ceiling fans, clean the floors, and wash the walls and the doors. I told her that the kitchen was the biggest deal, because it looked like the sellers had cleaned the bathrooms before moving. The house was not exceptionally dirty, but the sellers had pets, and the kitchen especially needed a deep clean. She said that was fine, and quoted me $350 for everything I asked for. I paid her via Zelle and everything seemed great until I went to meet my buyers there on 08/21 - I got there early to set up some gifts and the house looked basically the same; the first red flag was that it didn't smell like cleaning products anywhere. I could tell that the bathrooms had been wiped down (although they didn't look much different than before) and the fans and walls had been cleaned, although without much attention to detail. The kitchen had clearly not even been touched - there were crumbs in all the drawers, splatters of food on the outsides, and excessive amounts of dust inside all the cabinets. All of the doors in the house were still filthy as well. I spent an hour frantically cleaning the kitchen before my buyers got there, and when they arrived you could tell they were disappointed by the quality of the clean I had promised them. When I called Betty and asked her why she hadn't cleaned the kitchen, she denied it and said she had spent "hours" working on just the kitchen. Later, over text, she admitted that she had "made a mistake" and blamed it on the fact that there were painters in the house playing "horrible music loudly". She pointed out that she had also spent several hours cleaning the windows without being asked - which is great, except the windows are being replaced next week which is why I didn't ask for them to be cleaned. I asked her to refund me $150 of the $350 I had paid her, to compensate for not completing the most important part of the cleaning. She became upset and asked me repeatedly why I hadn't asked her to come back and finish the job - I told her that part of the gift was having it done when they arrived, and that wouldn't have been possible if I'd asked her to come back, and at that point I was less than impressed with her quality of work anyway. I sent her multiple pictures, and she had no answers for her shoddy work and refused to partially refund me, which I thought was more than generous considering the very little work she did. Do not book her, you will be left incredibly disappointed.  I'm sure she will come on here and try to justify her actions, but you can look at the photos and decide for yourself if she's the person you want cleaning your house.

I moved out and needed to find a cleaner on short notice. Betty called me back very quickly and worked me into her busy schedule. She even offered to come earlier when she finished another job early. She was very thorough in cleaning everything. Betty was extremely courteous and friendly the entire time. It was a pleasure to have her clean my household. I would highly recommend Betty's Housecleaning.
